hello@profullstack.com reaches the Profullstack team directly. A person reads every message. Use it for any of the following, and for anything that does not fit a category.
- Questions before you sign up: whether Chovy fits what you want to build, what a first week looks like, or how the price works.
- A quote for hands-on help from the Profullstack team on an app that already exists.
- A problem with an app in progress that the workspace itself has not answered.
- Questions about a payment, an invoice, or your data.
- Press and partnership enquiries.
Security reports
If you have found a security issue in Chovy, email hello@profullstack.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not open a public issue. The same address is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

The Help screen inside your workspace is the fastest route: it can invite a developer, ask the Profullstack team for help on a specific app, and reach support with the project already attached.
