The parties

These terms are between you and Profullstack (profullstack.com), which operates Chovy at chovy.com. Using Chovy means you accept them.

What Chovy is

You describe an app in your own words. Chovy turns the description into a plan, builds it with AI workers and, where you ask, real developers, and brings each finished piece back as a working preview for you to approve. Nothing is published, purchased, or sent on your behalf without an explicit step from you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for the people you invite into a workspace and for what they are allowed to see, which you control per project.

What you pay

• Each app is $1,000, paid once, before its first build, by card or crypto. Describing an app and reading its plan is free. The fee covers the plan, the build, the checks, the fixes, a private build space, a live address to preview it on, and 25 hours of agent work. An agent-hour is an hour an agent is actively working on your app; idle time is never counted.
• Agent time beyond the included hours is $400 per agent-hour. It is added only when you approve it; Chovy stops and asks rather than running up a bill.
• Team capacity for organisations that want several agents on standing availability is $400 per agent-hour, or $28,000 per agent, per month for a seat that includes 70 hours of that agent’s working time with the hourly rate applying past it, or $2,800 per hour for a pod of 7 agents and a person directing them. Agreed in writing before it starts. Each agent is supervised by a person from Profullstack.
• The AI model is included. If you connect your own provider account or key instead, you pay that provider directly and their terms apply.
• Human help from the Profullstack team is scoped and quoted in writing before any billable work starts. Inviting your own developer is free.
• Referrals. If you send someone to Chovy with your referral link and they sign up within 90 days, their eligible account keeps the same referrer and assigned 5%, 10% or 20% discount on every referred app purchase. New commissions are the remainder after actual delivery costs, merchant fees and $50 retained profit per agent-hour using the greater of accepted and verified actual hours, less the 1% payout fee, sent in USDC on Polygon. Unknown costs or hours withhold payout; modeled expenses are not a guarantee. Self-referrals, waived apps and badge removal do not qualify. Refunds reduce recognized revenue. Accepted checkout prices and historical accrued commissions are preserved; later corrections are recorded separately.
• Never charged without your approval: domains, hosting, third-party services, any hour of human work. Chovy prepares these; it does not buy them.

Questions about a payment, including refunds, go to hello@profullstack.com and are answered by a person.

What you own

The code, the repository, the domain, your customer data, and every note and decision are yours. You grant Profullstack only what it needs to store and process them in order to provide the service. If you stop using Chovy, all of it leaves with you. The software that runs Chovy itself remains ours.

Four things Chovy will never do without asking you

• Publish anything to the public internet.
• Buy a domain or spend your money.
• Send marketing email to your customers.
• Give anyone access to your code you didn't invite.

What you agree not to do

Do not use Chovy to build anything unlawful, to harm or deceive people, to send unsolicited messages, or to handle data you have no right to handle. Do not use a connected model provider in ways its terms forbid. We can pause or close an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.

Previews, availability, and limits

A preview is for looking at and approving work; it is not production hosting, and it may be rebuilt or moved between builds. Chovy is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes: the plan and every preview are there precisely so you can catch them before anything goes live. To the extent the law allows, Profullstack's liability for anything arising from Chovy is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned.

Ending things

You can stop at any time and take everything with you. We can end the agreement for a breach of these terms. Either way, the ownership section above still applies.
